Justwashroom is partnered with Australia Post, Aramex and StarTrack Couriers to deliver all of our customers purchases. Unless a Post Office Box or Express Delivery Service has been requested, it is up to the discretion of Justwashroom logistical team to identify which provider will be allocated to deliver your purchases. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers all require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be a person on the premises during business hours to sign for your items. If there is no person present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and all items will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot. The items will be held at the Post Office or Depot for 7 days and if not picked up will be returned to the Sender and re-delivery fee's will apply. To avoid this you can request an Authority to leave in the Special Instructions ie: leave if nobody home. In accordance to the request of an Authority to leave, Justwashroom is not liable for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen once delivery has been made to your chosen premises.
Please Note: Australia Post does NOT deliver to areas deemed as Construction area/ zones. If you have a shipping address that is deemed a construction area/ zone and it has not been identified in the Special Instructions, the items will be automatically returned to sender and re-delivery fee's will apply.
Shipping and Handling Calculation:
Our shipping rates is based on Australia post taking into account the weight and dimensions of the item or items and destination postcode.
Estimated time of delivery 2-5 working days to major centres and longer for regional and remote areas.
We offer Express Shipping for next working day delivery to most areas within Express Post network, the cost is based on delivery location, cut off time 1:00PM for next day delivery.
